Donna Lewis began her Hyatt career 39 years ago at the Hyatt Regency Hilton Head as a night auditor. After struggling through the overnight shift she moved from the accounting office and worked through each discipline before being promoted to Assistant Controller. In 1990 she transferred to Hyatt Regency Miami, was promoted to Controller and has called Miami home since then. Over the years she supported Hotel Victor, Hyatt Regency Bonaventure and now is the Director of Finance at Andaz Miami Beach. She was awarded the 2009 Hyatt Controller of the Year and the 2018 Finance Manager Leadership Award by the Greater Miami & The Beaches Hotel Association. Her teams have won Finance team of the year for Hyatt on three occasions.

Ornella Grassi is the Assistant Director of Finance at the Andaz Miami Beach. With over a decade in hospitality finance and operations she brings a wealth of expertise in streamlining processes, enhancing financial performance, and fostering collaborative high-performing teams. Her hands-on approach spanning Finance, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Food & Beverage makes a true asset. Throughout her career she achieved remarkable success, from leading finance & compliance initiatives at Hyatt Regency Miami to playing a pivotal role in the opening & operations of the EB Hotel Miami. Her strategic problem-solving and leadership have consistently driven improved efficiency, accountability and innovation.
